    One local installer

They survey your home and quote. The £7,500 grant comes off the price.

Hi, I'm Ranjha.

I started Ranjha Home Grants because the grant is genuine, but it's confusing, and too many people get passed between call centres and never hear back.

So we keep it simple. You check your home here, my team calls you to go through it, and only then do we introduce one installer we trust near you. They survey your home and the £7,500 comes off their price.

Questions people ask us

Is the £7,500 grant real?

Yes. It's the government's Boiler Upgrade Scheme, run by Ofgem. Your installer applies for the voucher and takes it off your quote, so you never handle the money. You can read about it on GOV.UK.

Is the heat pump grant means-tested?

No. There's no income test and you don't need to be on benefits. Any homeowner or landlord in England or Wales can apply, and you don't need an EPC. More on heat pump grants.

Do I have to pay anything to check?

No. Checking is free and there's no obligation. We will never ask for your bank details.

I have a gas boiler. Can I still apply?

Yes. Replacing a gas, oil, LPG or electric heating system is exactly what the scheme is for.

Are there grants for solar panels?

Not for most homes, but solar panels and batteries have 0% VAT until 31 March 2027 and low-rate Warm Homes loans can spread the cost. Lower-income homes may get them free through ECO4 or a council grant.

I rent my home. Can I apply?

The grant goes to the property owner, so your landlord would need to apply. Landlords can use it for rented homes.

What happens to my details?

Only our team and the one installer we introduce you to will see them. We don't sell your details. See our privacy notice.
